Primarily, our team is looking for opportunities with companies in our key sectors, though we may become involved on a variety of levels when partnering with new individuals and businesses. In all cases however, it’s important that we understand the goals that our potential partners have so that we may use our connections and experience to help them succeed.

In order to provide consistent support to our portfolio companies, we pursue a number of avenues to help them achieve their goals. Through locating and negotiating acquisitions, financial remodeling, negotiating key strategic agreements, and marketing, we are able to play a part in our potential partners’ growth. When utilizing our network of consultants, management teams, and strategic relationships, we can expand margins as a function of improving efficiency and growing top line revenue.
High Fusion Portfolio
At Potash America, we do not believe that following one specific strategy is the best way to operate. We are also aware of the uncertainty when partnering with newly developing companies as we search for groundbreaking products and services. In order to take calculated risks on big opportunities without jeopardizing our business as a whole, we pursue a strategy called high-fusion. In this approach, high-risk/high-reward ventures are balanced by more traditionally stable companies, creating a more diverse portfolio of companies that we represent, which allows us to display our wide range of consulting capabilities.
